Teething rash??

Okay mommas, has anyone else experienced this with their littles yet? My daughter is 3 months old and has
 been teething for a couple weeks now. Drooling like crazy, hands in her mouth, and I see her bottom teeth coming in. But then the last couple days I’ve noticed this rash on her cheeks and chin. No other symptoms though. Is it from her teething?

Mine has been pulling his ear and has the cheek rash :/ drooling and chewing on everything.

Its def from teething. My son got it every time he was teething. It’ll go away on its own.

This honestly looks more like eczema to me. Is it rough at all?

Mine only has a mild rash on chin and neck is this because of teething too?

Yes, and sometimes they can get terrible diaper rash too!

A lady told me their saliva becomes more acidic when they are teething which can cause a rash. Not sure if it's true but seems to make sense.

Probably yes. My little one looks the same.
