This doesn’t make any sense. How can you NOT be dependent on him if you don’t work? 
I stay at home and my husband literally pays for everything because I HAVE NO INCOME. But he likes me staying home and we feel like it makes our household run more smoothly and we are both less stressed out. 
I can understand if you were buying lots of clothes/shoes, getting your nails done, and unnecessary things.. but gas money? Wtf?

Your bills going to get paid if you don’t have anymore?? If your fiancé is expecting you to stay home then the expectation for him is to be the main breadwinner and take care of all the expenses.

Yes my husband wants me to stay home with the kids for now and he pays all our bills and then some. My vehicle always has gas because he fills it up for me when it's low. He pays for my phone, my insurance, everything. I'm getting an upgraded phone next month for my birthday, and nothing is wrong with mine it's just not as nice as his new phone so he wants me to have one just as nice. That's how a husband should feel about supporting his wife if he wants a stay at home mom to raise his child. It's not unreasonable or selfish of you. If he still doesn't get it, you need to get a job despite what he says because it's not worth living like a financial prisoner.

No. A women isn't allowed to have eat, use electricity, have a phone, wear clothes, treat herself every once in a while, or do anything to exist while she stays home, as per his request, to take care of thier kids 24/7. 
Honestly, this is a ridiculous question. Where the hell do you think she's going to get money from if she's a SAHM? Yes, he should absolutely pay THEIR bills, while she's staying home ant taking care of THEIR kids 24/7. If she's working that damn much, the least he can do is make sure she's treated as an equal in the house
