When will I ovulate?

So I'm now on CD22. All my OPKs are negative and dont seem to be getting any darker (today's was slightly darker but not by much). My partner and i have been TTC baby #1 for 9 months almost so Ive been tracking my temp everyday this cycle, except a few where I got bad sleep so i dont track because im up and down all night. Have I ovulated and had negative tests judging by my bbt? Ive been having very light almost pms cramping the past few days which is weird because I very rarely cramp when Im ovulating or near ovulation. Soemtimes I have 40-50 day cycles (the past few months) but its usually 29-30 days. Any help would be great! I'm just worried that I'm not ovulating and potentially havent been ovulating this whole time.
