Being sick throw it off?

Does being sick throw off your temps? Seems like a huge spike and today I was 2 hours later than normal. I was up an hour before I normally take it and had to use the bathroom so bad and didnt take it. So I waited the 3 hours. This is my first month tracking my bbt. I honestly dont even know if I'm accurate on the cm & cp it's all new to me. I know I had ewcm like cd16 and I thought maybe it could have been leftover from sex. I took clearblue advanced and only got high. Ran out of tests before I got a peak so idk if i even ovulated.
