So yesterday i went in for a check up and the OB told me that baby was measuring 3 weeks behind and they could not find a heart beat. They called it a missed abortion. They also checked my hcg hormone and it was 36,000 for a baby measuring 7 weeks. They want another recheck tomorrow to see what the level is doing but tonight I’ve started to have light cramps in my stomach and back and some slight spotting. They also did a pap yesterday and said spotting would happen but the cramping is a new one. Just wondering what others have experienced if this is my body starting the process or not.
