Fitness Journey and IG?
I am planning on getting serious about my health after this baby is here (39 weeks currently). I want to track my journey on a social media and I want the accountability from followers. But I want a separate account dedicated just to this. I want to document my diet, my emotional battle, and physical struggles, and my victories. I want to do this for myself. I went through this before but I did not appreciate how far I had come. I lost 120 pounds and did not see it. So I want to do this to teach myself to appreciate the process and dedication and my own strength. For anyone who has one, how do you get followers? Do you have any tips? Do you regret it? Would you reccomend I do this?
