12 month check up....shots?

Did your babies get shots at 12 month check up?
I was under the impression you do? 
My son has been up to date with his shots
Today he has his 12 month check up 
We made a choice to refuse the flu shot
The doctor said he wouldn’t be getting any shots today only at his 15month visit

We did 4 at 12 months. MMR, varicella, and I believe prevnar. We also opted for the flu shot because why on earth would I not 🤷🏻‍♀️
