How can you tell if your cervix is high or low?

I can put my second finger up there and feel my cervix but I don’t know if that mean high or low been able to touch it?

Answer

Everyone’s sits in a different place and it varies over your cycle. Try feel it’s position daily (with clean hands), always whilst sitting/standing in the same position, and see if it feels higher or lower than your first measurement. Once you’ve done it for a cycle you’ll have a much better idea. It tends to be lower and firmer during menstruation and higher and softer at ovulation. Pooing and sexual arousal can make its position different for a wee while as well.
