What is everyone else doing to occupy your mind during this wait period

After one neonatal loss and a recent miscarriage I’m feeling desperate.

I’m not even supposed to be trying for another six months due to C-section 6 months ago. The recent miscarriage was a surprise oops pregnancy and I was so excited. My Dr was fine about me being pregnant but after we lost it she said to resume the before suggested 12 months since the csection
