Last night sucked

My 4 1/2 month old was up every 1/2 hour to one hour. She woke up screaming which would continue for up to an hour. At one point she cried so hard she projectile vomited everything in her tummy. I’m just floored because she’s never cried like this in the middle of the night. Could it be teething? She’s not running a fever and she looks fine during the day. I’m just at the end of my rope here. Running off of 3 hours of sleep 2 nights in a row. I can’t take another night of this. 😭
