Questions for doctor/embryologist before starting IVF?

Hi ladies!! What were the top questions you had for you doctor before starting IVF?

There are so many unknowns, I don't even know what to ask the embryologist... like what are the risks with ICSI (mental development down the road and all), how to determine whether we need it or not, if so for all of the eggs or only half; how to improve chances of success; do we get a time-lapse analysis (800$??) to avoid taking the embryos out to observe once a day, and what does it actually change to take them out; etc...

help? I'm about to write a BOOK, I have so many questions and I'm trying to not go too crazy here...
