what baby stuff did you buy that you didn’t need?

similarly, what did you get late that you wish you’d got from the start?

couple of days after he was born, i panic-bought an owlet sock. i’ve never used it! i’m hoping i can sell it for nearly full price (it’s been opened but never used. not even to try it on)

bought a bunch of reusable nappies (totsbots bamboozles) and don’t like them. not absorbent enough (despite all the rave reviews) and find they stain from poo really easily, even using fleece liners. plus they are lovely and soft when you first buy them but after washing they go all crispy and rough-feeling (tumble drying them is supposed to help with that, but that ruins the elastic more quickly 🙄)
