Flower? Tinctures? Nothing?

I found out I was pregnant on Oct. 19th. About 5 weeks along.. I usually smoke to sleep & eat & I haven’t done it since finding out. I read through these feeds to convince myself it’s safe, then I google & research & im just scared to! I had extreme nausea the other night. I took 2 hits and it was gone.. literally took about 6 min & I was much better & was able to get some food in me.

Does anyone use CBD tinctures? Is that “safer”? What do you use besides flower? P.s the nausea is real already. No complaints here, but looking for some safe relief! That’s in advance.. love this group!!
