I know if you are sober enough to drive a car you are sober enough to breastfeed
My question is, if i drank enough to get tipsy but didn’t breastfeed or pump for 4-5 hours, would the alcohol still be in my breastmilk? Or doesn’t it leave the milk like it leaves the blood in your system after a while?
