I'm so confused.

So I had my nexplanon removed after it was placed incorrectly. I had been on my period for a week and after I had it removed. I had it for ANOTHER WEEK. I got the okay from my fiance to be able to start trying again as I just kept getting prego on Birthcontrol. But when it comes to being on it and off I miscarry almost every time. Well. Turns out I'm 4 days late now. I have taken tests twice. 1 day before my missed period and last night and all have been negative. Not even a hint at a positive. I know it's too soon to even be hoping for a positive already. But after my recent miscarriage in August I'm heartbroken. I just don't know how to feel for what to do. The doctor said to come back next month after another missed period...but I'm so impatient...
