Impressed your 5cm and no contractions! It took me 3 straight days in early labor with terrible contractions to get to 5cm!! Maybe ask for a stretch and sweep? Pump colostrum? Or miles circuit? Either way good luck! If your 5cm you cant be waiting too much longer

Same thing happened to me! I didn’t feel any painful contractions until i was 6cm and my water broke. Then my son arrived super fast!

Yoga ball ,seriously I was in the same boat as you until I used the yoga ball to bounce, it works!
