Should I be worried about this
I’m 5’2 and I’m overweight. I’ve been around 145-149 for the past couple of months. It’s incredibly hard for me to lose weight. A normal person can diet and gym for 3 weeks and lose 7-8 pounds but I will only lose 1-2. But I could eat bad in one day and easily gain 2-3 pounds. Or sometimes I barely eat anything and I still gain 1-2 pounds. It’s always been hard for me to lose weight, should I be worried about this?
