Crush advice??

I have been friends with this guy for a year and I recently developed feelings for him.

I haven’t confessed anything, I’ve noticed we laugh a lot when we are with each other and he ended up putting his head on my shoulder. Also today, in school I looked at him across the room and he was looking at me as well. Then once I looked away and looked back at him, he looked down and smiled hard. The only red flag I’ve noticed is he is dry with texting most times. I just can’t figure out if he likes me back & I wouldn’t want to make anything awkward between us.
