So I’m weighing in at 187lb and 5ft7. BMI would have me reach 154lb to be ideal. I might not get quite down there as I tend to build and hold muscle (&fat!) quite well- which is no bad thing but means I’m usually a little heavier.

Anyway, meeting with trainer from my gym tomorrow to put a programme together for me so hopefully I can be a bit less squishy and a bit more healthy from here on I’m ready to house a tiny human soon! Fingers crossed that by focusing on this will stop me being so preoccupied by the TTC process in general too! 🙏🏼☺️
