major problem !!!! help please ⚠️

so i'm in a relationship right now . me and my boyfriend have been dating for a little over two months . he makes me really happy and his family loves me and my family loves him .

however me and my ex boyfriend ran into each other a couple nights ago (it was the first time we saw each other in person for months) .

it was amazing . we hugged for a little while and then we pulled apart and we kept looking at each others eyes and lips . then i just said 'fuck it' and kissed him . we made out for several minutes . it got pretty heated and we started touching each other. that's as far as we went. but here's the thing, he's also in a relationship.

me and him have a good past . we've know each other a little over a year and he's been there for me through everything. he's stopped me from killing myself several times and he's one of the reasons i'm going strong right now .

we'd get into relationships with other people but we would always come back to one another . we can't leave each other alone . the bond i have with him is legit like no one else and he means so much to me. i took his virginity and he made me feel so amazing during that night . we were both gentle with each other and it didn't feel like sex, it felt like we made love. and then when my ex(the guy i dated before him) got me pregnant he was gonna help raise my son like he was his own. but i had a miscarriage; he comforted me through that more than the actual father did.

but that night he texted me saying he broke up with her (she cheated on him a little while ago and he couldn't get over it) and said i helped him make the decision . and i just can't stop thinking about that .

i realized that night that i still loved him so so much and i never really got over him . but the thing is, i love my boyfriend too, and i want to be with both of them . but i know i can't . in a way i need to choose one of them but i have no idea how to make this decision. someone please help me through this or be able to give me some advise ?
