stomach problems tmi

i’ve had to run to the bathroom after every meal for almost over a week !! i just moved to virginia so i don’t have health insurance just yet to go to the doctor so i’m starting here first !! i was thinking IBS cause any other day before i moved here i was always constipated or had the hardest time making a bowel movement .. now ever since i been here when i eat i have the runs and have to go at least 2 times the most 3 times after every meal and i get stomach cramps like indigestion .. the funny thing is i’ve been back and forth to virginia from cali (where i came from) my whole life and never had these problems till now , i’m on nexplanon and had a baby 4 months ago idk if that makes a difference
