Lost Pregnancy - How did you process? 😪

I miscarried yesterday. I feel so many emotions, it feels like a sick joke. How were you able to move on? 
I am left with so many un-answered questions.. 
I appreciate any advice you can provide.

I’m so sorry. I had a d&c two weeks ago after my first round of Ivf. The first week is the worst. I felt so bitter and hopeless. After talking with my doctor and making a plan, i feel hopeful-but still sad. There’s an Ivf loss group On here I’d recommend. Give yourself time to feel your feelings but also remind yourself this isn’t the end of your journey!

It’s definitely a sick joke. Nothing makes it better, nor does it seem like we ever get the answers we want.
In time you just find a way to manage/live with the grief 😔 
Feel whatever you need to feel right now. And rely heavily on those closest to you to make you feel yourself again.

I’m so sorry. I miscarried at 8 weeks in July. Nothing has helped me but time, and it’s like any major grief, I think, in that you don’t get over it, just learn to live with it. Just be gentle with yourself, cry when you need to, feel whatever feelings you feel and if possible take some time off to grieve.

No matter how you conceive , losing hurts so bad. 
There’s not much you can say. You’ll hear it all from those who haven’t lost me who don’t understand the pain. I’ve lost in 3 different stages, a chemical then an early miscarriage and then my baby girl at 21 weeks pregnant. They all hurt .. there’s no words to take away the pain 💔

So sorry for your loss, I had a miscarriage at 7 weeks  a few months ago from my 1st IVF cycle. There are no words to explain the pain/hurt/emotions take some time to heal & be kind to yourself & body.. It's such a tough & shitty journey this Infertility battle with no guarantees but u are a very strong lady and will get through this in your own time.. I just currently went through another full IVF cycle and I am just taking everything one step at a time.. Good luck to you with everything & mind yourself ♥
