When will my official period start??! Please someone respond...

So I had my son in March of 2018, got on the depo shot April 2018 then I stopped it April 2019 and switched to the NuvaRing and stopped that at the end of July 2019. Now, I did bled 5 months straight with depo shot when I first started but then I never bled again until I switched to the NuvaRing and I had regular periods with it every 28 days. When I ended it in July, a couple days later I got a normal 5-6 day period then skipped my period in August. In the beginning of September, I had a 3 day spotting of dark brown. Then in the middle of September I had a 4 day spotting (the first day of spotting was very light pink and was only there when I wiped but the other 3 days was dark brown again). Okay now this is going to sound weird but it kept happening, so October 11th, I had dark brown spotting for a few hours only. Again October 18th, I had dark brown spotting for a few hours. It was weird because it only happened for the one day and didn’t come back until a week later. Now October 25th, I had dark brown blood again but it’s more of a light flow than spotting but not heavy still, it’s 28th now so it’s been 4 days, still no red blood. We want to try for number 2 so bad but it’s hard when I haven’t started my period yet or it won’t be regular enough to try... I have an appointment at the end of November with my OB to talk about this but I want to know if this is normal and does it sound like my body is going back to normal or if it seems messed up from the birth control. Is there any way to help have regular periods? I was so regular before I had my son but now I can’t stop bleeding it feels like it and it only last a few days and not like a period either.... also, I’m am begging for someone please respond....
