Weight and Cranberry Vitamins
Over the past 3 months I have gained almost 30 pounds. I haven’t changed anything in my diet or active lifestyle. I drink lots of water everyday, and started working out more trying to shed the extra pounds. The only thing I can think of that I changed was taking cranberry vitamins everyday.
Has anybody gained weight from taking cranberry vitamins before? I take the 15,000 mg ones for urinary tract health and to also taste good for my boyfriend 😅
