magical rotating baby

My six week old sleeps pretty well in her bed (we have the arms reach cosleeper), but probably half of the time when I go to pick her up to change or feed her, she has rotated herself nearly 90 degrees. She isn’t mobile yet otherwise obviously, but she seems very good at rotating herself into what seems like an incredibly uncomfortable position (there is definitely not room for her to lie crossways in the bed, but she ends up that way anyhow). I feel so bad when I go to pick her up and I find her little legs or head scrunched up against the side of the bed! Is anybody else’s baby spinning around like this?
