Tongue Ring Scar?

I’m sure y’all get tired of these questions but since I work so much and my piercer is so far away I’d literally have to leave work early to go there. I want to make sure it’s not for no reason. Perks of living in the smallest town ever.🤷🏻‍♀️

Just wondering what the hell this is under my tongue honestly. 😂 I don’t know how long it’s been there I just happened to see it today. I always knew there was a small bump there but now it’s bigger and looks gross. It doesn’t hurt or ooze at all. I was wondering if this is just normal healing or a scar or if I should go back to my piercer?
