Has any used or has experience with using your resting heart rate as a tell tell for early pregnancy??Help!!! So I am trying to see if my fit bit is broken my normal rhr is between 73 to 79 and once it was 80...for the last 14 days it gas been 80 and above??? I have been checking my sleeping heart rate as well and again duirng day its 84 and sleeping 82 or 83 and Last nighy it went up to 85 and today my rhr is 86 it has never been that high??? I have reset my watch everything. Has any one else gone through this??? I am 2 days away from af help please any one???
