Nervous

So we are pregnant again after losing a baby in June at almost 9 weeks. We went in for our first appointment and the baby did not have a heart beat. I had no indication what so ever that anything was wrong. Ended up having a D&C.

I made my first doctors appointment this morning for early December when we will be about 9 weeks... and I’m so nervous it makes me want to cry. Wondering if anyone has any advice on how to cope with these feelings? I’m just so terrified it’s going to happen again 😔
