I’m happy with my weight, but not my gut...
So I’m a smaller girl in size. I stand under 5ft tall and weigh 113lbs. I feel like my weight is an acceptable weight for my weight to height ratio, but I absolutely HATE my belly. All the fat I do have is there and I can’t stand it anymore.
I eat once to twice a day, mainly bc I’m just not hungry and I grew up like that. I drink an okay amount of water and occasionally pop, but not much. I don’t really eat sugars, but carbs are my go to. I’m active, but not as much as I would like to be. I’m a stay at home mom so I’m always on my feet, but I know it’s not the same as a real workout (depending on who you ask lol).
I just really want to maintain my current weight, but lose the belly fat or turn it to muscle.
Can anyone help with what I should be doing or trying? Tips and tricks?
