Baby #4 - Can't time what I'm feeling...

Good afternoon! I'm 37+2 today with my 4th pregnancy. I did drop this weekend and have been experiencing what feel like lower cramps and lower back pain. Instead of these feelings being definitive contractions it seems more like a constant(ish) dull pain with occasional tightening. I don't feel baby's head is engaged but baby is constantly moving. I feel baby is more at an angle trying to engage but I don't always feel the head down. Could these pains be baby trying to engage or just typical braxton hicks and/or ligament pain? No bloody show or plug appearing yet either. You'd think I'd know after 3 pregnancies but this one has been so different. I had my 1st 2 babies at 38 weeks and my 3rd at 39 weeks; I realize this isn't an indicator for future delivery timing, but am curious if other Mama's have experienced this?

I have a midwife appt tomorrow morning so will inquire then as well unless baby makes a way earthside before then!
