Is this normal !?!

Being a first time mom, there’s a bunch of little things about my baby that make me think “is this normal !?” I don’t have a lot of experience with newborn babies so sometimes I wonder if certain behaviors are normal or if I should be worried. One thing- my baby (4 weeks old) cries through almost every diaper change- sometimes to the point of hysterics. His face gets a deep red and I worry he will choke/stop breathing because he is crying so hard sometimes. He also almost always cries when I put clothes on him. Mostly when I put the onsie over his head and on his arms. I try to talk to him or sing to him or stroke his cheeks but nothing calms him down. Afterwards when I pick him up he is fine.

Is this just normal newborn stuff?
