How much is too much?

How often is it reasonable to use my doppler? I've been using it about twice a week 😬 too much? I'm 17+3 now - I think I feel some movements but veeerry quiet in there today

i use it once a day. 🤷‍♀️ I was never like that with my first pregnancy until I suffered a miscarriage. I'm 17w 3 days too!

As long as it's not causing you any undue stress and you can manage your anxiety I don't think there is any harm in it.
