Describing pregnancy to my male boss 🤣

I told my boss today being pregnant feels like carrying a bowling ball in your uterus while having the flu. At the time it was the best way I could think to describe it. He looked at me crazy so I said you have a ton of pressure on your uterus from the baby growing and you are nauseous,have indigestion alot,headaches,body aches etc like you have the flu. He just laughed and said I'll have to believe you cause I wouldnt know 🤣 how would you ladies describe being pregnant?
