Birth control? 14+4 PP

Question

Any suggestions on birth control I’m currently not having any sex but definitely want to take precautions after having my second child November 1st I do have an appointment for the kyleena (iud) to be put in but don’t know if I’m making the right choice.

I got my kyleena put in a month ago and so far so good! Bleeding/spotting lasted 24 days for myself but since its placed sex isn't uncomfortable for me, I may get the odd break out or tummy ache but my OB said your hormones go high the first 6 weeks then taper down so it should all settle soon. No regrets on the kyleena for myself
