EBF and my period
So I am 16 weeks PP, EBF, and I have not gotten my period yet. I did have some very light spotting for ONE half a day but that’s been it. Anyone else not gotten their period? Does anyone use breastfeeding as birth control or even if you don’t get your period do you still use birth control just in case?
