please help idk what to do anymore

what does light brown poop mean i’m a 21 year old female i’m thinking i have ibs , i’ve been having stomach problems for over a week now , i’ve been having loose stools and since they’ve been loose the colored lightened i’m normally always constipated but lately my stomach has been hurting everyday and after i eat i get stomach cramps and the urgent need to use the bathroom and i have loose stools .... i took imodium one day and it worked wonders , next day the stomach pains came back ? and i don’t want to have to rely on medicine , just moved out of state so no health insurance yet .... PLEASE HELP what does this sound like ?
