What time does your 2 yo go to bed?

My son takes a 2/2.5hour nap everyday. 
He used to go to bed at 7:30pm but he started waking up super early so now I put him to bed around 8pm. He wakes up at 6:30am

Mine goes to bed at 7PM and sleeps for about 12 hours. His nap is at 1PM for around 2 hours.

Bed time routine starts at 8, we try to get her sleeping by 9. She wakes up anywhere between 7:30-9:00am and has stopped napping during the day unless we are driving in the car then she will pass out.
