Significantly Lower Reads

I made a big batch of “wontonless soup”. It’s turkey meatballs and lots of veggies (broccoli, bok choy, carrots...) I have eaten it for about three days and have great readings. Last night I made cauliflower crust pizza(frozen crust) with lots of veggies (zucchini, olives, broccoli, onion) and sauce, meat and cheese. Both meals were very filling and I have consistently lower numbers than I had been having. Just sharing a success. I’m 26ish days away and feeling confident- this has been a battle and I feel like I’m winning!🙏🏾🙌🏾🤗💕
