Baby moved from head down position..?

Question

Is there a way of telling if your baby has moved from head down to breech? 
My baby has been head down since my 28 week appointment however this past week all movements have seems to be different. Movement is now much higher than before so now I’m worrying that she could have flipped.. 
Anyone ever experienced this? Would love some advice!
36 weeks so hopefully will know more at my appointment tomorrow but for the time being I’d love to hear your stories x

I can tell he's head down because his hiccups are low, his ass is where it's always been, and when he moves his feet and legs I can feel them stabbing my ribs.

My dr can tell by manually feeling, or you can confirm by ultrasound, but they can keep flipping as long as they’d like. Mine was head down for the longest as confirmed by ultrasound at 28 weeks, then frank breech at 35 and 36 weeks scans. We had a successful ECV at 37+2 but there’s still no guarantee he won’t go back. Some breech babies will flip themselves back head down and just not til the last minute. Unfortunately it’s one of those things out of our control. I just figure if he chooses to go back breech he’s trying to tell me something and we’ll do a c section.

I have no idea how to tell. Mine has also been in head down since 28w. Just saw him last week at 32w & still head down despite feeling him roll & kick all over. I hope he doesnt get any crazy ideas in there and flip to feet down.

Have you felt any kicks in the ribs recently?
My baby has never been head down. She went from transverse straight to breech and has remained there since. Now 39+2 with csection booked
