Anyone experiencing Sleep Groaning?

Hi everyone!

This is going to sound wierd but has anyone been experiencing sleep groaning? For example, it's like a reverse snore. Rather than inhaling and making noise, you're making noise when you exhale, while asleep.

Apparently, I've been doing this for a couple months now and I found my husband on the couch last night. Poor guy said he couldn't sleep because I've been groaning so loudly. I was mortified to say the least and found it alittle funny lol. I'm 32 week exactly, and he mentioned that it seemed to have gotten worse as this pregnancy has progressed.

Is anyone else having this issue in their sleep? I don't even feel like I get much sleep as it is.
