I came off birth control 3 months ago and still no period and not pregnant. How long should I wait before consulting with my doctor to see what's going on?

When you’ve been on birth control for a while coming off of it could take a while for your normal hormones to get into place... always consult your doctor though when ttc right after coming off of BC. Good luck. 😊

Depends on what kind birth control you came off of. It can take your body months to adjust to normal but I’d say 3 months is long without any sign of spotting or period. You should talk to your doctor. I came off Nortrel 1/35 after 12 years and took me 5 weeks for my first real period after the withdrawal one.
