Has anyone experienced implantation cramps??

I never cramp with my periods.. ever.. and I have had sharp pains and pressure in my lower abdomen for a few days. I took a test a few days before a missing period with a negative result. I will test again in a few more days.

What might implantation cramps feel like? I have nothing to compare this pressure/pain with because I’ve never experienced period cramps before.

Thoughts?

Have I suddenly been gifted with period cramps?!😂
