You are supposed to start taking them 3 months prior to TTC so they are in your system when you do conceive. They do not help you get pregnant.

Prenatals do not help you get pregnant. If you get pregnant while taking them it’s just a coincidence. But you should be taking them if you are trying to get pregnant.

I started taking them as soon I started TTC so that my levels of folic acid were at the right point when I did get pregnant. Prenatals don’t actually help you conceive though.

My doctor suggested for me to take them to prepare my body for when I do get pregnant.

They are a vitamin. They will not help you become pregnant.
