Question

How do I slow down the amount of milk I make? I pump at irregular times and not as long yet still making tons. Getting clogged duct also from trying to slow down.  Any advice?

It’s all about it supply and demand. If you’re pumping irregularly, you’re more likely to have clogged ducts. 
The bottom line is to decrease milk production, Slowly pump (or nurse) less and less. Like if you normally pump every three hours then space it out to four hours for a few days and then five hours for a few days, and so on. Or since you pump irregularly, slowly pump for less time.

You have to very slowly remove a pumping session.  And try to stick to a schedule.  Irregular pumping will cause blocked ducts.  Cabbage leaves and suppose to help too

I helped by still pumping during my regular times but just pumping through one let-down instead of the two I would normally pump through.
