how to tell a guy I don’t like him?

so i’m new to the dating scene, and basically talking to guys in general. i matched with a guy on tinder and we ended up going on a date. after the date i didn’t really think anything of it and just continued on with my life. this was like 2 months ago, but we recently started talking again. he’s really sweet and nice but i just don’t like him. i don’t know why, i just don’t. i don’t wanna lead him on and he wants to hang out again but i don’t think that’s a very good idea. i can tell he’s really into me and probably wants to see where we could go with things but i don’t want that. i’m struggling on how i can let him know without hurting his feelings that i’m just not feeling it. i guess there’s no nice way to put it, but if anyone has any tips or anything please send your help my way!! thanks.
