Possible Chemical Pregnancy ?

the start of my last period was October 5. I had sex Oct. 12 and 13. a week later, I had so much nausea and I stayed in the bed and was just sick. I was sick for a whole week so 7 days later, I took a pregnancy test and got a very faint positive line. I waited 2 days and got another faint positive line but it was stronger. I then started bleeding very lightly and it started brown then went to light pink. 2 days later, the bleeding got heavier and turned to dark and bright red. The next day, I thought I saw very very very tiny blood clots. I’ve been bleeding 6 days now. I made an appointment with my gynecologist and they urged me to come in. Do you think it’s possible the pregnancy didn’t last ? or can I bleed like this and still be pregnant ?
