Is my IUD offset?

Hey guys I just had sex with my boyfriend about 5 days after I got my IUD. I am feeling cramps almost as bad as the first day I got it. I am also super dizzy and feel like I’m going to pass out. Do you guys think I might’ve set my IUD off?

It's still fresh and new so maybe take it easy on the sex.. like not too hard or whatever

That happened to me the other day.. then had my ultrasound the next day to see if it was in the right place and it was right where it's supposed to be
