Third trimester constipation ?!! Help

I have been suffering from severe constipation, abdominal cramps for two days, my whole abdomen is rock hard! It woke me up last night two times, i had to sleep on three pillows due to the shortness of breath i got from that hard abdomen.

Today i am having cramps in all of my abdomen and I get contractions now and then from the colon pain.

I ate salad and fibers the whole day, i took medications still no output of any damn thing from that back hole 🤣

I was good till these two days, any help ?
