Which ring for my husband?

Question

Today is our 3 year anniversary and my husband still has his promise ring from 6.5 years ago.
He has dropped hints here and there about liking carbon fiber, wood accents, glowing rings.
He is a general contractor and is very tough on his ring. His current Tungsten Carbine has saved his hand a couple times.
Which ring would you choose? I like the look of the Bison/Whiskey more but the Meteroite/Opal glows and has opal which is the gemstone for October. There is also a $100 price difference between rings.
