Is anyone else having severe cramps that led to gas then your fine for a bit?

I’ll be fine then get severe cramps that take my breath away. Then it turns to gas and then it will be better. Then it comes back and it’s like this on and off.

I get severe cramps like that, but it’s not when I have gas its usually when I have to have a bowel movement. But like holy hell before I figured out what it was/why it was happening it hurt so bad I even went to the ER one night thinking it must be ectopic or something!

I was FREAKING OUT about my cramps last week. Then I realized that I had unknowingly been clenching my abs. I relaxed them and BOOM- gas bloat like no other that makes me look like I'm super pregnant and the cramps got less severe. Literally just gas cramps. What the hell is that about??
